Prime Coat specialises in architectural and industrial-grade powder coating solutions designed for durability, consistency, and high-performance outcomes in demanding environments. Our processes, complying with both AS 3715 and AS 4506, are engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of sectors such as building and construction, infrastructure, transport and metal fabrication, where coating failure is not an option.

Using advanced electrostatic application systems and tightly controlled curing cycles, we achieve uniform film builds, excellent adhesion, and a defect-free finish across a wide range of metal substrates such as Aluminium, Mild Steel, Pre-gal Steel, Hot Dipped Gal and Stainless Steel. Powder coating offers resistance to corrosion, impact, UV exposure, and chemicals, making it ideal for components exposed to harsh operating conditions.

Through our powder supply partners, Dulux, Interpon, Jotun and Oxytech, we are able offer a broad selection of architectural and industrial-grade powder coatings including textured, anti-graffiti, and high-durability finishes, in a range of colours, tailored to functional and aesthetic requirements. If your colour is not available a custom-made colour option may be available from manufacturers such as Dulux and Interpon.

Our facility is set up for both high-volume throughput and large-scale items, enabling us to support production-driven clients without compromising quality. Every stage—from surface preparation to final inspection—is governed by strict quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with project specifications.
